When you register we collect your name, email address, mobile number, and optionally your date of birth and medical aid details. When you use the platform we store your assessment responses and results, appointment bookings, and contact form messages.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to provide our services: scoring and storing your assessments, managing appointments, verifying your account by SMS, and communicating with you about your care. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Health information confidentiality
Assessment responses and results are confidential health information. They are accessible only to you and to our authorized clinical team (administrators and clinicians) for the purpose of your care.
4. How we protect it
Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes, account verification uses one-time SMS codes, and all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to production data is restricted to authorized staff.
5. Third-party services
We use Microsoft 365 for email, and Google/Microsoft for optional social sign-in. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, those providers share your name and email address with us to create or link your account.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting info@psycbotsogo.co.bw.
