PsycBotsogo ("we", "our") provides online mental health self-assessments, appointment booking, and related services through this website. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Not a substitute for medical care
Online assessments on this platform are screening tools only. They do not constitute a medical or psychological diagnosis, and they do not replace consultation with a qualified clinician. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call emergency services (999 or 997 in Botswana) or contact us on +267 311 1194 immediately.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, including a valid mobile number, which we verify before activating your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Appointments
Appointment bookings made through the platform are requests and are confirmed by our team. If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule in advance through your dashboard or by contacting us.
